“Deeply Disturbed”

Two words no attorney wants to hear from a judge.  I heard those words recently (not directed at me!).  Law is kind of diplomacy, people temper their words.  “Concerned” means I’m very frustrated,on so on.  But one phrase is always understood to mean someone really screwed up. If you ever hear someone in black robes tell you this, you can count on two things.  1. You are not getting what your asking for; and  2. You may get something you really don’t want.
